Interior and Exterior
The Accord has a slick and sporty look. The front grille is wide and blends seamlessly into the headlights, providing a dynamic set of lines that flow through to the rear. The exterior style emphasizes performance and builds the atmosphere of the Accord as you approach. That same feeling carries through to the interior, where a modern and graceful design thoughtfully elevates the tech and driving interfaces while keeping the space as open as possible. This keeps sight lines wide and clear and makes the most of the Accord's interior space.
Safety
The Accord earned five stars from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration in its crash tests. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety gave it the Top Safety Pick+ award, its top-level rating. On top of that, the Honda Accord has a welcome set of automated safety features to help protect the driver and passengers. Adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, collision warning, lane keep assist, and others are all standard features. That is a big deal, especially the adaptive cruise control. The only major optional safety feature is blind spot monitoring. Overall, this suite compares favorably with other cars due to how much is included and how easy they are to use.
