I took my 2012 Tacoma in for some warranty work. The work and costumer service was top notch. I bought my Tacoma to play with which was obviously what I had been doing with it since most of the dirt clods were still on it and the steps are all bent up. I love my Tacoma again. ... I bought a 2018 Odyssey working with Cain. The experience was smooth and pleasant. Cain was easy to work with, knowledgeable, no high-pressure tactics. The paperwork was through Dustin, who also gave a pleasant experience. Definitely recommend to others.

Went to auto world and had my Toyota put on machine to tell me what was wrong with my sequia Jason told me the problem and proceeded to move forward with the estimated total of the repairs, when I went to pick up my vehicle there we some problems caused by another garage, they had to do a massive alignment when I went back to pick up my vehicle ended up taking more than we expected. Not knowing all the problems that B.B. caused was quite a bit more. Not having enough with amo...unt it went up to Jason pulled his boss in and tried to help me out which took off 500 of my bill. I was so thankful for the way he handled everything and this assistance I was giving. I am not sure I remember the mechanics name but I want to shout out to him as well thank you for assistance with the other garage as well and taking the time to fix someone’s screw up (light colored hair) I learned an expensive lesson and thank you so much Jason, mechanic and manager. The only reason I gave a 4 was because communications skills needs a little more work but all in all very happy with the team thank you again. See More

I had an oil leak, and was concerned it would lead to something serious. Linda saw that what was needed was done. When I picked up my wife's 2016 Honda CRV she popped the hood and explained clearly all that was done. Talk about going more than an extra mile.

Part #1 : I wish I could give zero stars. I haven't even had my truck 2 weeks and the frame is rusting through, I can put my finger through it is so weak. I have a plethora of other problems with this truck. I was screwed over by them several years ago and swore I would never go back. My husband is much more forgiving, he likes the truck but is sick the frame is compromised. The truck is 13 years old and I expect rust BUT not to the extent we are afraid to drive it now. I called their "service" department yesterday to tell them the frame is rusted horribly and I got the typical "well, so and so will call you, our customers happiness is #1" evidently now. I haven't received any phone calls. I guess I have to pursue this further.Part #2: After speaking with Greg Landwerlin, he solved our issue. He is honest and has integrity. We are highly satisfied! if you are looking for a vehicle, please talk to Greg! Thank you Greg! you are awesome!!
