I had my engine light come on while driving my 2012 Honda Odyssey. It was flashing yellow and then another light came on. I pulled off the road because the engine was not acting right. I called Bob Rohrman Honda in Lafayette. They could not get me in until next week so I asked if they knew of a Honda dealership in Kokomo. They gave me the number. I called Kokomo Auto World. They were able to get me right in! I dealt with Megan Hembree. She was very nice. She told me that they could take me where ever I needed to go while they looked at my van. I chose to sit in they waiting room. While there Megan kept me very informed of everything. Everyone that passed through the room asked if they could help me or find out why it was taking awhile. I was so impressed by the kindness and attentiveness of the whole staff. One of the owner's even checked on me. Greg. They were able to find out what the problem was and ordered the parts to fix it and replaced the spark plugs so that I could drive it until the parts come in. They also fixed the recall problems while I was there! This is the best experience I have ever had at a dealership! They truly care about their clients and want you to be happy! I will recommend Kokomo Auto World to everyone!
We have not bought a car yet. However, Brayden did a fantastic job with making sure that all of our questions were answered and doing all he could to find what we are looking for. We drove over an hour to get to this dealership, but working with Brayden made it worth it!!
Kolton Lynas was fantastic! Dropped in on my lunch break to check out some of the new cars on their lot. I'm traveling for work, so I knew this wasn't going to be the lot I purchased from. Knowing this, they answered all my questions regardless and let me test drive the car I was interested in. I wish I didn't live so far away, otherwise I would buy here. Very grateful for the help I received today!
I had an issue with an old problem that had been plaguing me for quite some time with my van. During a few visits, other issues were addressed and repaired, but this one just wouldn't go away. Because of this issue, other issues arose and the combined problems mounted into a financial mess. In discussions with Mr. Landwerlen, ( Owner), it was established that K.A.World. would be kind enough to split the costs of repairs, leaving me with a bill of $900,00. Unlike any other dealership I've worked with in the past, K.A.World has a heart and an understanding of the people they serve. My hat's off to Mr. Landwerlen and the help of Jim Adams in "making it happen" at K.A. World. A dealer for the people.
With 188 miles left on our 1387 mile journey home to Spring Lake Mi our 2007 Honda Odyssey lost power and we heard a clunk. Lucky for us we managed to limp into a parking lot 20 miles from this dealership. Our car has 177k miles on it so we feared the worse. When we caled, Kristi assured us the service department would have time to check it out. I'd expressed my fear that the car might be irreparable when we arrived at the dealership. During our time there, we talked to John in sales about a lease. He knew our best hope was that our old car could be fixed and we'd be on the road for home. He still took the time to show us some cars and test drive a rav4. When Linda in service told us they could fix the van for under $400 and get us back on the road we were thrilled. Every person we had contact with did their best to help us. We wish this owner had a dealership near our home. We'd buy our cars from him. ..have them serviced there. We're old and have spent many years in show rooms...service waiting rooms. Top of the mountain today
I had a repair that I felt should have been covered in the warranty that I purchased. The warranty insurance company did not believe they should pay. Jim & Nick worked with me and between them reduced the cost of the repair saving me about $460.00. Megan (who was the person who first contacted the warranty company) was also very polite in working with me. I appreciate these employees very much. Because of them I am very comfortable remaining a customer of Kokomo Auto World in the future. (Kokomo Auto World has always taken good care of me and this has latest interaction with them has confirmed this conclusion.
With my situation my present car went out on me unexpectedly and I went to dealership. The sales person listened to my situation and was very helpful
We purchased our last two cars at other dealerships and the experience was a terrible. We returned to Kokomo Auto World and had the excellent customer service we have always had there. We have learned our lesson and will not go any where else. Our salesperson, Anthony Landrum, was friendly an knowledgeable. We enjoyed working with him. Nick was our finance manager and was a lot of fun. We appreciated his candor and after making an appointment to complete the paperwork everything went quickly and smoothly.
